By accessing or using our website (www.tahifit360.co.nz) or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").

1. Who We Are 

TAHIFIT 360 is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides CRM and business management tools for Personal Trainers. Our website (www.tahifit360.co.nz) offers information about our services and enables trainers to request demos and access the TAHIFIT 360 platform. We also provide the TAHIFIT 360 LINK platform, which is a group for PTs and Fitness enthusiasts.

2. Health Disclaimer and Member Responsibility

TAHIFIT 360 LINK is a platform designed to connect users and Personal Trainers to share general fitness advice, tips, and experiences. However, all members and users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before acting on any information, advice, or suggestions shared on this platform.

We strongly advise all users to:

• Consult with a qualified General Practitioner (GP), physician, or healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness program, exercise, or diet.

• Not rely solely on information provided by other members or Personal Trainers without seeking professional medical advice.

• Understand that participation in fitness activities carries inherent risks, and users engage at their own discretion and risk.

TAHIFIT 360 is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or losses arising from the use of information shared on the platform.

 

3. Use of the Website 

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not: 

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone else from using the website 

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or TAHIFIT 360 app 

• Use the website for fraudulent or malicious purposes 

• involve in any harmful, illegal and inappropriate activity by being a TAHIFIT 360 website member, (General member or Personal Trainer) or user.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration & Access 

If you register for a TAHIFIT 360 & TAHIFIT 360 LINK (Community) account or subscribe to our services: 

• You must provide accurate and complete information. 

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 

• You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. 

• You must be 18 years or above age to signup at TAHIFIT 360 Link (Community).

 

5. Subscription & Payment 

Use of the TAHIFIT 360 platform is subject to payment of applicable subscription fees. 

• Pricing, payment terms, and available plans are outlined on our Pricing & Plans page. 

• All fees are stated in NZD unless otherwise specified. 

• Subscriptions are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. 

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the TAHIFIT 360 platform. 

 

6. Intellectual Property 

All content on this website and within the TAHIFIT 360 platform (including text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks) is owned by TAHIFIT 360 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 

You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written consent. 

 

7. Third-Party Services 

TAHIFIT 360 may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as payment gateways, SMS providers, or Microsoft Power Platform). 

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these third-party services. 
Your use of these services is subject to their separate terms and policies. 

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties 

We provide our website and services “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. 

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we do not guarantee: 

• That the website or TAHIFIT 360 app will always be available or error-free 

• That the website or app is suitable for your specific needs or intended purpose 

• The accuracy or completeness of content provided on the website

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) our website or services.
