What is TAHIFIT, and who is it for?

TAHIFIT 360 is a New Zealand-built CRM and business management platform designed specifically for personal trainers and fitness coaches. It helps manage clients, track workouts, schedule sessions, send reminders, and monitor payments — all in one place.

Do I need technical skills to use it?

Nope! TAHIFIT 360 is built to be simple, intuitive, and self-explanatory. If you can use a smartphone or email, you can easily use TAHIFIT without needing IT support.

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. We offer a 30-days free trial so you can explore TAHIFIT 360 and see how it fits your business before committing.

How much does it cost per month?

Our pricing starts at $60 NZD/month for the Basic Plan. Additional plans with more features are not available yet. Please refer to our Pricing Page for complete details.

Do you send appointment notification to client?

Yes. As soon as  Personal Trainer creates an appointment, the the email confirmation will be sent to the client straight away.

Can I Cancel any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time — no contracts, no cancellation fees.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored securely on Microsoft’s Power Platform infrastructure (Australian Region).

Can I access TAHIFIT 360 on my phone?

Yes, TAHIFIT is mobile-friendly and accessible from any device — phone, tablet, or laptop — as long as you have an internet connection.

Is support available if I need help?

Yes. We offer email support, and also live chat support or video call also if needed. You'll also find helpful video tutorials to get started. We always believe in providing best customer support to out clients and ensure they have the best user experience with TAHIFIT 360.

Can Personal Trainers create invoices and accept online payments from their clients?

No. At the moment we have a payment tracking feature available; where PTs can tracking payments manually; but we are currently working on the feature for online payments and invoices; which can be available as part of the upgraded plans at later stage.
